Shipping costs will depend on the size of the order. All Canadian and American orders are trackable. All international orders are sent by airmail and are not trackable. Here are the breakdowns for domestic and international shipping prices.

Canada — trackable (7 to 10 business days)

United States — trackable (5 to 14 business days)

Please note international orders may be charged customs fees by destination county government. We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

You may return an item within the first 7 days of the package delivery date as long as it is in it's original condition. Full refunds are subject to a 15% re-stock fee.

You may exchange an item within 7 days of the package delivery date for another item or store credit.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates are not refundable.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.
